Modified Teams can Pre Register for Mahoning Valley Modified 500

   With Mahoning Valley Speedway’s April 12 Frost Free 100 season opener being race number one in the Modified 500 Series, track management would like to remind all modified teams that they can pre-register for all five 100-lap features this Saturday night.
   If they choose to do so the price is $200 otherwise it is $50 per event.
   The Modified 500 is five 100-lap features with over $100,000 in total prize money that will be handed out.
   Starting with the Frost Free 100 on Opening Day and followed then by the Spring Fling 100, May 3, the Firecracker 100 on July 4, Hot Summer Night 100 on August 16 and the Season Finale 100 on September 27.
   The 2008 season begins this coming Saturday night with all track classes in action. Mods, Late Models, Street Stocks, Pro4 Late Models, Factory Stocks and 4-Cylinder stocks.
   Mahoning Valley Speedway is located just west of Lehighton on PA Route 443, a short distance from the northeast extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
